Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, handling times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Aumrit is not responsible for customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

Aumrit is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional fees to reship returned packages

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@aumrit.shop.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the shipping carrier.

  • Lost packages: Contact the carrier directly. We can assist if needed.

  • Stolen packages: We cannot replace orders marked as delivered.

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
